We were shocked our relationship received lots of criticism – BBNaija’s Zinwe

The FrontierThe FrontierAugust 29, 2024 3200 Minutes read0

•Zion and Chinwe

The newly evicted pair from BBNaija, Chinwe and Zion, have opened up about the intense scrutiny and criticism they’ve faced regarding their relationship.

In a recent interview on Beat 99.9FM, the duo expressed surprise at the level of criticism they received after leaving the show, stating they didn’t anticipate the negative reactions.

Chinwe mentioned that they expected some misunderstandings due to the game’s dynamics, but the harsh opinions and criticism caught them off guard.

Zion added that the public seems to be taking their matters too seriously, with Chinwe jokingly telling them to “chill.”

“We came out to some shocking revelations. Based on the conversations we had, misunderstandings were part of the game. But coming out, opinions were formed as well and based on those opinions, we didn’t really expect that level of criticism towards the relationship.

“It’s the both of us in it and we understand what happened but other people seem to be taking it a little more seriously and I’m just like, ‘You guys chill”, Chinwe said.
