Martin Kaufmann, Vice President (Products), Thuraya Satellite Communications, reportedly lost his luggage at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Tuesday.

This was announced yesterday at the official partnership between the telecom giant and TSAT Communications Company, reports The PUNCH.

Kaufmann was spotted at the event dressed in a black jacket and a grey pair of trousers.

Confirming the development, the German added he had been assured by the airport authority that his belongings would be found and returned to him.

“Yes, this happened yesterday (Tuesday) when I came into the country. But I have been told not to worry that it would be found and returned to me today”, he said.

After the announcement was made, a few dignitaries walked up to him to console him.
