The FrontierThe FrontierApril 20, 2024 2360 Minutes read0

Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State has arrived in Ondo State to oversee the primary of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).

16 governorship aspirants including the incumbent Governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, would be taking part in the primary, reports Daily Trust.

Governor Ododo, who heads the seven-man committee saddled with the responsibility of conducting the APC primary, would be monitoring the exercise in the 18 local government areas of the state.

Our correspondent reports that Ododo had a closed-door meeting with other members of the committee at the popular BON hotel in Akure.

The committee would be distributing the voting materials for the primary exercise shortly after the meeting.
