Buried alive: TikTok bans Nigerian after controversial 24 hours coffin stunt

The FrontierThe FrontierMay 9, 2024 3590 Minutes read0

Short video platform, TikTok, has permanently banned the account of Young C, a Nigerian man who embarked on a 24-hour challenge of being buried alive.

Checks by our reporter on the platform showed that his profile was no longer available, reports The PUNCH.

Young C had caused a stir online yesterday when he embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.

Young C’s stunt bears resemblance to a similar challenge undertaken by American YouTuber MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson), who spent 50 hours buried alive two years ago to raise awareness about deforestation.

Recently, MrBeast attempted to surpass his own record by spending seven consecutive days buried in a coffin, overcoming physical and mental challenges before being exhumed.
