Officials of the Federal Capital Territory (FCTA), ostensibly on the orders of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, have sealed off Wadata Plaza, the building housing the National Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja, over unpaid ground and tenancy rent.
