Abubakar Malami, immediate past Attorney-General of the Federation; John Oyegun, former Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC); Ireti Kingibe, lawmaker representing Federal Capital Territory (FCT); Victor Umeh, senator representing Anambra Central, are among the politicians currently at the Shehu Musa YArÁdua Centre, Abuja, venue of the unveiling of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the platform for Nigeria’s opposition to oust President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

Also spotted were former Governors Jibrilla Bindow (Adamawa), Emeka Ihedioha (Imo), Rotimi Amaechi and Aminu Tambuwal, reports Daily Trust.

It was earlier reported how the coalition members chose ADC and elected ex-Senate President David Mark and ex-Gov Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State as Chairman and Secretary respectively.

Today’s event is meant to send a message that the coalition means business.

Among the heavyweights at the event are former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar; Peter Obi and Nasir EL-Rufai.
