A Nigerian skit maker identified as Churchill has reportedly died while filming a stunt for his video content.

A viral video of the incident shared online today captures the moment when Churchill jumped in an attempt to touch a basketball net.

In the video observed by our correspondent, he fell and struck his head on the ground, reports The PUNCH.

Eyewitnesses reportedly rushed Churchill to the hospital, where he tragically passed away.

A lady with the Instagram handle, #LadyResa, revealed in a chat with our correspondent that Churchill was her schoolmate at Nasarawa State University, adding that the skit maker was bedridden after the incident.

“He was bedridden with a neck collar. But couldn’t survive due to internal injury,” she claimed.

She also told our correspondent that Churchill died last Sunday.

Friends of the late skit maker and Netizens have continued to mourn him on the online platform X.
