•Real Madrid players celebrate their second goal against SL Benfica, yesterday 

Real Madrid saw off Benfica to qualify for the Champions League last 16 as Vinicius Junior scored in a 2-1 win yesterday that secured a 3-1 aggregate victory.

Benfica led on the night and levelled the tie through Rafa Silva, but Aurelien Tchouameni replied almost immediately for Madrid before Vinicius sealed their progress with a late goal, reports AFP.
