•The protesting workers

Members of the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) are picketing the Federal Ministry of Finance.

The workers dressed in red T-shirts have locked the gate of the Ministry, depriving vehicles from going in and out of the premises.

Although none of the protesters have spoken to the media, the placards displayed suggest issues around allowance arrears and other emoluments.
