JUST IN: Voting commences in Rivers senatorial by-election

The voting exercise has begun in Rivers Southeast senatorial by-election today.

At the time of filing this report, voting has begun at Unit 6, Ward 13, Gokana LGA.

According to our correspondent, officials of the Independent National Election Commission (INEC) are already on the ground with accreditation and voting going on simultaneously, reports Channels TV.

The former Senator of the district, Magnus Abe, is also in attendance to cast his vote.
