Popular comedian praises Nigerian doctors after daughter’s health improved

The FrontierThe FrontierMay 15, 2026 591 Minutes read0

•I Go Save

Comedian I Go Save has commended Nigerian doctors after sharing details of his daughter’s prolonged health struggle on social media.

In an Instagram story, he said a simple ear infection had developed into pain that lasted nearly two years before the family began receiving online consultations from a Nigerian doctor, reports The Nation.

He noted that the condition had since shown significant improvement.

The comedian urged Nigerian medical professionals to develop a consultation app for Nigerians abroad, particularly those in the United Kingdom.

He said the UK health system had become unresponsive even in serious emergencies.

I Go Save appreciated Nigerian doctors working to support patients at home and in the diaspora.

He wrote: “I just wish Nigerian doctors could build an app where Nigerians in the diaspora, especially in the UK, can consult doctors and get treated quickly.

“The UK medical system is steadily becoming clueless and nonchalant, no matter how serious the emergency is.

“I’m still shocked at how my daughter’s simple ear infection turned into a prolonged pain that has lasted almost two years.

“Shout-out to my Nigerian family doctor, who has been helping us online, and we’re already witnessing drastic improvements.

“Thank you, Dr Irhabor (Crespo). God bless every Nigerian doctor putting in the work.”
