ROMANCE GONE SOUR: My husband has failed to satisfy me sexually

The FrontierThe FrontierJanuary 25, 2025 2841 Minutes read0

A woman of Lusaka, Zambia, Maggie, sued for the dissolution of her marriage to her husband, Felix, at the Matero Local Court, on the accounts of his inability to satisfy her sexually among other things.

The couple has been married for 27 years with five children.

The wife narrated to the court that her husband does not provide food at home despite having a job, compelling her to manage the household through part-time work, reports Zambia Observer.

She further accused her husband of having extramarital affairs, adding that his coming home late has contributed to the problems they were facing.

Maggie also complained that when her husband returns home late at night, he plays loud music, which disturbs her rest.

Felix responding told the court that he was unable to satisfy his wife due to a health challenge.

He, however, stated that he had sought for medical intervention.

He further stated that problems in their marriage started in October last year when his wife began denying him conjugal rights because he could not satisfy her sexually.

He added that after he took herbal treatment for four days and made love to his wife, she still complained of not being satisfied, a thing that angered him, and made him vacate their bedroom for the living room.

He further complained that his wife puts their 3-year-old baby between them as a way of preventing him from having sex with her.

The court after it had heard both parties, advised the couple on reconciliation considering the fact that the man was on treatment.
