Former Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Keivo, has broken his silence following his disqualification from the reality show over a physical altercation with fellow housemate, Tram.

Big Brother announced Keivo’s disqualification on Tuesday for violating the house rules.

Days after his exit, Keivo took to X to express his gratitude to God, Big Brother and MultiChoice for giving him the opportunity to be part of the reality show.

He said he did not take the experience for granted, adding that his time on the show had been significant to him.

Keivo also thanked his family, friends and supporters who voted for him and stood by him throughout his stay in the house.

“I give utmost appreciation and glory to God almighty. Through everything he remained faithful. I sincerely thank Big Brother and MultiChoice for the incredible opportunity to be part of this experience,” he wrote.

“To my family, friends and supporters who worked tirelessly, prayed, voted, and stood by me with the hope of seeing me become a finalist, thank you. You believed in me and invested your time, resources, emotions, and love in my journey. I appreciate you more than words can ever express”, he added.

Reflecting on the incident that led to his disqualification, Keivo admitted that his emotions got the better of him and took full responsibility for his actions.

“I’ve had some time to reflect on everything that happened and I take full responsibility for my actions. My emotions took the best of me. Regardless of how strongly I felt, physical confrontation is never a solution to any situation. I will learn, become better, and do my very best to make you proud,” he stated.

The reality TV star, who described himself as “Keivo the Challenger, the Competitor, the man of many talents, the son of Grace, the Victor,” assured his fans that he would work on becoming a better person.

“I came into Big Brother’s house hoping Nigerians would see who I am. I leave knowing that millions of people did. Thank you for loving me at my best, and thank you for holding me accountable for my actions,” he added.

Keivo further asked for grace and mercy as he begins a new chapter, while wishing Nigerians a Happy Independence Day.
