Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has approved the sum of N80,000 as the minimum wage for Enugu State civil servants, effective immediately.

Governor Mbah who disclosed this on his X handle today said “I have just approved a minimum wage of N80,000 for Enugu workers, effective October 2024.

“We appreciate the hard work and sacrifices of the state’s workforce and will continue to prioritise their welfare in line with our campaign promises,” he said.
