The immediate past Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari is reportedly dead.

This was disclosed this evening by the former presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu as reported on the verified X account of the Nigerian Television Authority, NTANetwork and sighted by The Frontier.

“INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIRAJIUUN.

“The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.

“May Allah accept him in Ajilannatul Firdaus, Amin.
