•Tinubu and Abdullahi Sule in Nasarawa today

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has named the newly completed Lafia Flyover and Underpass after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Sule made the announcement during the official inauguration of the project in Lafia, headquarters of Lafia local government area of Nasarawa state, today, reports Daily Trust.

The governor said the project was inspired by President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, adding that the project was completed due to prudent resource management.

According to him, the state was able to carry out the landmark infrastructure without resorting to borrowing.

The one-kilometre dual facility is now officially named the Bola Tinubu Exchange Road.

Earlier, while inaugurating the project, President Tinubu appreciated Governor Sule for focusing on initiatives that directly improve the lives of the people.

The president also expressed joy for the warm reception accorded him by the good people of Nasarawa state and called on the residents to remain committed to the administration’s vision of economic recovery and national prosperity.

Recall that some projects have been named after the president including the International Conference Center in Abuja.
