Air Peace offers competitive fares on London route – Former Governor Kwankwaso

The former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has applauded Air Peace’s outstanding service and warm hospitality on the Lagos-London route, saying the airline’s fares are competitive compared to other airlines on the same route.

Kwankwaso also advised Air Peace to expand its routes to include more cities across Nigeria, specifically Abuja and Kano.

A statement by the airline said that the former Minister of Defence made the commendation during his recent flight from Lagos to London with Air Peace.

The statement expressed that Kwankwaso was highly impressed with the airline’s overall performance and recommended the airline to fellow Nigerians and other international travellers.

He maintained that the airline was not just a national pride, but a formidable competitor on the global stage.

He said: “Very wonderful takeoff, smooth landing, and of course, a very comfortable environment.”

He also expressed delight with what he called the affordability of the airline’s fares, noting that Air Peace offered competitive rates compared to other airlines on the same route.

Besides, Kwankwaso called on Air Peace to invest in more robust marketing efforts, emphasising that many people were still unaware of the airline’s international services.

He expressed confidence that with greater publicity, more passengers would choose Air Peace for their travels.

Furthermore, Kwankwaso took the opportunity to acknowledge the visionary leadership of Dr, Allen Onyema, Air Peace’s Chairman,

According to him, his relentless efforts to establish international connections for Nigeria and entrepreneurial spirit, especially in the Nigerian aviation industry was second to known.

Air Peace said that this public praise from such a high-profile figure, underlined its growing reputation as a leading player in Nigeria’s aviation industry.

Air Peace, which recently began operating its Lagos-London route, had received numerous positive reviews from passengers.

Air Peace continues to cement its position as a leading carrier in Nigeria, providing both local and international travelers with top-notch service, as reflected in Kwankwaso’s commendation.

Air Peace said that this endorsement from a prominent figure like Kwankwaso was expected to further boost its reputation and attract more passengers on its international routes.

In 2019, Air Peace airlifted 475 students sponsored by Kwankwaso’s Kwankwasiyya Development Foundation to Dubai and India for postgraduate studies, further strengthening the relationship between the airline and Kwankwaso’s initiatives.
