Celebrity chef, Hilda Baci receives third Guinness World Record plaque •PHOTOS

•Hilda Baci displays her three Guinness World Record plaques

Popular Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, has received her third Guinness World Record certificate plaque after the organisation confirmed her as a three-time record holder in January.

Announcing this in a video shared on Instagram today, the chef wrote, “Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it.

“Unboxing this record pack felt like reliving the moment all over again. The nerves. The faith. The sacrifice. The prayers. The belief that something bigger than me was happening.

“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing.’”

Recall that the GWR announced in January that Hilda, in partnership with food brand Gino Nigeria, has been officially confirmed as a third-time record holder after recognising that her largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice in 2025 also set the record for the largest serving of rice overall.

This record-breaking feat followed her first GWR achievement in 2023, when she broke the record for the longest cooking marathon.
