He congratulated her on the award disclosing that, the honour goes with the title of ‘Queen’ as it comes from the stable of Queens Association and urged her to remain a model and mentor to aspiring Queens among the enclave of the Girl-child.

In her response, the permanent secretary expressed deep appreciation to the association for finding her worthy as a role model and mentor to the Queens and of course the Girl-child and pledged her readiness to gear her efforts and energy in the expected direction.

Represented by the Director of Tourism, Mrs. Christy Enoch at the occasion, the permanent secretary commended the association for the well thought out theme of the summit and implored all the Queens to occupy themselves in gainful entrepreneurial skills in keeping with the entrepreneurial development plank of the ARISE Agenda of the Governor Umo Eno-led administration.

The event was attended by Directors of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Akwa Ibom State as well as Queens across the nine states of the association and the Federal Capital Territory.
