Supporters of impeached Lagos Speaker of Mudashiru Obasa, gathered this morning at his Lodge on Joel Ogunnaike Street, GRA Ikeja, Lagos.
Clad in pro-Obasa vests and caps, the supporters arrived in large numbers to show their solidarity, reports The Nation.
Recall that Obasa was removed from his position and replaced by Mojisola Meranda, the former Deputy Speaker has since overseen two legislative sittings in his absence.
The former Speaker was reportedly out of the country at the time of his impeachment.
