•Tee Mac, Adeleke and Tinubu
Businessman and former President of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Tee Mac Omatshola Iseli, MFR, has commented on the electoral victory of the Accord Party candidate in Osun State, Governor Ademola Adeleke, in yesterday’s governorship election.
According to the renowned flautist, the election result is an indication that Nigerians are now speaking with one voice, and they are waking up.
Tee Mac made the remark this morning in a chat with The Frontier while commenting on the just concluded governorship election in Osun State.
He said, “Governor Adeleke’s victory is a clear message to President Tinubu and the APC. Despite allegations of massive vote-buying and the distribution of cash and food items, the people rejected a party they believe has failed them.
“This should serve as a serious warning ahead of next year’s elections. You cannot buy your way to victory with rice and cash after more than three years of hardship and disappointment.”
Commenting further he said,
“Many Nigerians are struggling, hungry and frustrated, but the majority are beginning to recognise the reality and demand better governance. Nigerians are speaking, and they are waking up.
“Congratulations, Osun State. Congratulations, Nigeria. The people have spoken.”
