•Habeeb Adelaja Hamzat a.k.a. Peller

TikTok influencer Habeeb Adelaja Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has taken to the internet in a viral livestream to announce his conversion to Christianity, citing deep emotional wounds from childhood as the reason behind his decision.

In the emotional broadcast, Peller opened up about his experience growing up in a traditional Quranic school (Ile Kewu), where he endured severe punishments that left a lasting impact on his perception of faith, reports Daily Independent.

“The trauma I went through as a child while learning the Quran – the beatings and fear – made me grow distant from Islam,” he shared.

He went on to explain that over the years, his search for healing and spiritual peace led him to Christianity.

Peller now identifies as a Christian and says the faith brings him a sense of calm, love, and connection he never felt before.

The revelation has sparked widespread conversations across social media, with many praising his courage for speaking out on such a personal and controversial subject.
