Premier League confirms summer 2025 transfer window dates

The FrontierThe FrontierMarch 27, 2025 5070 Minutes read0

The Premier League has announced the official dates for the Summer 2025 Transfer Window, with clubs agreeing to an early opening period before the main transfer window begins.

According to the league’s statement today, the transfer window will first open between Sunday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 10, to accommodate an exceptional registration period linked to the FIFA Club World Cup.

Following this, the window will reopen on Monday, June 16, and officially close on Monday, September 1.

This decision was reached after consultations with clubs to ensure alignment with international transfer regulations and major football tournaments.

“The window will open early, between Sunday 1 June and Tuesday 10 June, due to an exceptional registration period relating to the FIFA Club World Cup.

“It will then reopen on Monday 16 June and close on Monday 1 September,” the Premier League confirmed in a statement.
