UNILORIN begins 2025/2026 Post-UTME registration

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has opened its portal for the registration of candidates seeking admission through the 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening exercise.

UNILORIN, though its Director of Corporate Affairs, Kunle Akogun, announced in a statement yesterday that the “registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise commenced on Monday 28th July, 2025, and it will end on Sunday 10th August, 2025.”

The university said the exercise is open to all candidates who selected UNILORIN as their first-choice institution, whether through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry, reports The Guardian.

It also noted that UTME candidates must have scored at least 180 in the examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Eligible candidates are required to visit the university’s official website www.unilorin.edu.ng for full details on the registration procedure.

“The University of Ilorin hereby invites all candidates who have applied for admission into the University in the 2025/2026 Academic Session as first choice, either at UTME or Direct Entry levels, to visit the University website: www.unilorin.edu.ng for details of the procedure for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

“To be eligible, UTME candidates must have scored at least 180 in the UTME examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).”
