Goke who was also a prominent writer and novelist with a huge dose of romance writing will be fondly remembered for his witty, intellectual, flowery and flowing writings with which he endeared himself to the hearts of many in the 1990s and 2000s.

It will be recalled that Goke Jayesimi also had a stint at former Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu’s HINTS Magazine, where he worked as a Senior Editorial Executive, alongside renowned writers cum journalists such as Kayode Ajala, Sunny Okim, Toni Kan, and others.
