An eyewitness said the sporadic shooting resulted in the killing of a man, who was also a scavenger, while others scampered for safety.

The source, who gave his name as Julius Wariboko, disclosed that police officers arrived the scene after Nuhu had reportedly shot a man dead and the suspect (Nuhu) engaged the Police officers in shoot out but was gunned down; while the AK 47 rifle was retrieved by the security operative.

The source revealed that Police officers from Rupakani(Ada George Police Division) and other officers came to retrieve the two corpses.

Further report said that before Nuhu went to snatch the AK 47 rifle from the security guard, he had chased other of his ethnic brothers with dagger.

State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Grace Iringe-Koko, a Superintendent of Police (SP), has confirmed the shooting incident to journalists.
