Southwest governors pay condolence visit to Akeredolu’s family

Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, today, led other South-West governors to the residence of the late former Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke; his Ogun State counterpart, Dapo Abiodun; and the Ekiti State Hovernor, Abiodun Oyebanji, were present while the Lagos State Governor, Sanwo-Olu has yet to arrive at the residence as of the time of filing this report.

Akeredolu died of complications from prostrate cancer in Germany, on Wednesday.
