BBNaija S10: Faith considers quitting show, says it’s waste of time

The FrontierThe FrontierAugust 30, 2025 1911 Minutes read0

•Big Brother Naija S10 housemate, Faith

Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Faith is reportedly thinking about quitting the show voluntarily, describing his stay in the house as “a waste of time.”

In a candid conversation on Friday with fellow housemate Joanna in the garden, the medical doctor opened up about his frustrations and doubts about continuing on the reality show, reports Saturday PUNCH.

When Joanna asked, “Then why are you here?”

Faith snapped, “I am here because someone fking told me to sign up for this shit!”

Clearly exasperated, he continued, “I want to fking leave. This is a waste of my time. What am I doing here?”

Joanna responded with a dry, “Alright,” but Faith insisted, “I know you don’t believe me, but I’m seriously considering it.”

The housemate explained that his decision is influenced by research he conducted on the show’s impact on careers.

According to him, the average time needed to gain a career boost from BBNaija is around five and a half weeks.

Having already spent five weeks inside the House, he said, “I read about this show, the average time you need to spend on the show to actually make a career is five and a half weeks.”

Faith’s concerns were further compounded by his initial nomination for eviction this week. Luckily for nominated housemates, Head of House Rooboy drew a note that nullified the nominations, granting Faith a reprieve.

Despite this breathing space, the medical doctor remains firm in his thoughts about a voluntary exit.

“Honestly, I’m thinking about it seriously,” he admitted.

His stance underscores the pressure and mental strain some housemates face behind the cameras, where the glamorous surface of reality TV often hides anxiety and frustration.

This development adds yet another twist to the season, as fans speculate whether Faith’s exit could happen in the coming days or if he will tough it out to secure his shot at a career boost.

The housemate’s honesty has sparked conversations online, with viewers debating whether leaving early is a strategic move or a missed opportunity.

Under BBNaija’s rules, voluntary exits are allowed, meaning Faith has the option to step out if he chooses, but for now, the drama continues inside the house as everyone waits to see what he will do next.
