Benue withdraws Supreme Court case against EFCC, ICPC

The Benue State Government has officially withdrawn its challenge to the legitimacy of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) at the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, it says Barr Fidelis Mnyim, its Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and Public Order, remains suspended.

An application filed on October 23, 2024, confirms the withdrawal.
