The Federal High Court sitting in the FCT has dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify ex-President Goodluck Jonathan from participating in the 2027 presidential election.

It described the suit as an abuse of court processes and awarded N20 million in costs against the plaintiff in favour of Jonathan.
