BREAKING: Varsity female hostel burnt down by fire

A female student’s hotel at the University of Benin was today gutted by fire.

According to an X user, Ruth Nifemi, who shared a video, the fire destroyed some documents and property at the Hall 2 hostel of the university.

She wrote, “Hall 2 UNIBEN is on fire and fire service came without water

“Entire room with documents burnt down”

The cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained.
