Controversial street musician, Portable appointed AwaLife lottery brand ambassador

Awalife Nigeria Limited, a lottery brand, has officially welcomed Habib Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, as its newest brand ambassador.

The controversial singer’s connection to AwaLife is already established, having headlined Nigeria’s first celebrity boxing match against Charles Okocha.

He joins a distinguished group of ambassadors, including actresses like Nkechi Blessing, Jaiye Kuti, and Lekan Olaleye, all of whom are dedicated to reshaping Nigeria’s lottery landscape.

Awalife spokesperson, Prince Jothan, shared his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Despite his quirks, Portable embodies the spirit of a social enterprise and aligns with AwaLife’s values. His authenticity and connection to everyday Nigerians make him the perfect ambassador to represent our mission of creating an ethical lottery platform that combines empowerment, fairness, and community impact.”

Awalife’s innovative ‘Winner Guarantee Lottery’ model has garnered attention for its transparency and daily prizes.

Recent winners include an Abeokuta man who opted for a N1million cash prize over an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and a University of Ibadan undergraduate who won the first-ever N1million jackpot.
