A Yaba High Court presided over by Justice Balogun has ordered the warring parties in Lagos State Ohanaeze Ndigbo chapter to maintain the status quo as at March 31, 2026.

Counsel for the claimants/applicants, Mr. Chino Obiagwu (S.A.N.), informed the Honourable Court that the motion on notice for interlocutory injunction dated 29th July, 2025 was ripe for hearing and would only concede to a further adjournment of the suit if learned counsel for the defendants/respondents conceded to an order for parties to maintain status quo in the suit.Mr L. U. N.
