How I ate, survived poisonous food twice – Nigerian reality television star, Leo Dasilva

•Leo DaSilva

Media personality Leo DaSilva has disclosed that he was poisoned on two separate occasions.

In a post on X, DaSilva revealed the traumatic experiences, stating he was first poisoned at age 7 with Egusi soup and later with Jollof rice and turkey.

DaSilva recounted that the woman responsible for the first poisoning deliberately kept her children from eating his food, reports The Nation.

“I have been poisoned twice in my life. The first time was with Egusi soup with Pomo and soft meat. The second time was with Jollof rice and turkey. The Egusi lady was the only one who came close to succeeding. I had stomach pain, but I kept eating. Yeah, I was 7 then, the second time was 2012, so I think 20,” he stated.
