Ondo guber election: Ondo indigenes in diaspora rally support for Aiyedatiwa

The FrontierThe FrontierNovember 14, 2024 2160 Minutes read0

•Governor Aiyedatiwa

Ahead of the upcoming governorship election on Saturday in Ondo State, indigenes of the state living abroad have expressed strong support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate.

Comrade Akintoye Ogundoju, Chairman of the APC Paris Chapter, highlighted that their support for the incumbent governor is anchored on his visible and impactful developmental projects, reports Vanguard.

He emphasized that continuity in governance and policy-making—key drivers of development in Western nations—should be mirrored in Ondo State to ensure sustainable progress.

Ogundoju added that constant changes in leadership and policies every four years hinder meaningful development. He noted that Ondo indigenes from various parts of the world have united in support of Governor Aiyedatiwa, believing his re-election is crucial for the state’s advancement.
