He made the call during his popular show “Masses’ Assembly” on Melody FM 107.7 recently.

He said that many people had been harassed and dispossessed of their belongings at the railway crossing on a daily basis.

The two-time award winner called on Fayoade “To pay a visit to the Agege area of Lagos, especially the railway side, to see how pedestrians are being harassed by some hooligans who call themselves “Albert”.

Nwakanma said that any pedestrian that refuses to part with his money is humiliated and disgraced, adding that the area boys are always armed with cutlasses and sticks.

The on-air personality stated that a police station is not far from the railway crossing and the area boys still commit crime close to the law enforcement officers.
