Ramadan: Activist Abayomi Mighty preaches love, unity, selflessness

•Abayomi Mighty

Youthful activist and 2027 presidential hopeful, Abayomi Mighty, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the commencement of yet another Holy Month of Ramadan.

In a statement made available to The Frontier today, he emphasised the significance of this sacred period of Ramadan and urged fellow Muslim brethren to embrace the spiritual essence of the month by intensifying their prayers for Nigeria, a nation in need of divine intervention.

Abayomi said, “Beyond fasting and supplication, Ramadan should serve as an opportunity to embody the spirit of love, unity, and selflessness.”

Abayomi called on Nigerians to extend acts of charity to those in need, particularly during these challenging economic times.

He stated that Ramadan is not only a time of personal reflection and devotion but also a period to demonstrate kindness by supporting the less privileged.

He encouraged individuals and communities to share their resources, however little, as a means of fostering collective well-being and societal harmony.

He further expressed his prayers that the supplications and sacrifices made during Ramadan will be accepted as an act of Ibada.

“With sincere devotion, unity, and acts of goodwill, Nigeria can overcome its current challenges. I wish the Muslim faithful a peaceful and spiritually rewarding Ramadan, filled with blessings and divine mercy,” he said.
