American film director Rob Reiner and his wife were found dead at their Southern California mansion, CNN and NBC reported yesterday.
Los Angeles police said in a media conference yesterday evening that they would not yet publicly confirm the identities of the two people found dead at the residence of the “When Harry Met Sally” director, and were not interviewing any suspects.
• Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department are at Reiner’s home and investigating an apparent homicide.
• Investigators were interviewing a family member yesterday evening regarding the deaths.
• Reiner’s prolific work included directing “When Harry Met Sally,” “The Princess Bride,” and “A Few Good Men.” His breakout role was as Archie Bunker’s son-in-law on TV’s “All in the Family.”
