The mother and manager of Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, Bose Ogulu, is celebrating her 35th wedding anniversary with her husband, Samuel Ogulu.

Ogulu, fondly known as Mama Burna, took to Instagram to mark the milestone, posting a mix of throwback photos from their wedding day and early years of marriage, as well as recent pictures of the couple.

In the caption, she reflected on their marital journey, describing it as a “roller coaster ride,” while giving thanks for the family they have built together.

“Thanking God for 35 years since we each said ‘I do’ & ‘till death do us part’.

“Thanking God for the journey, the roller coaster ride & the joy of watching the 3 musketeers we have been appointed caretakers of.

“Happy Anniversary to us,” she wrote.

Ogulu and her husband have three children, including Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu, alongside Nissi, a singer and mechanical engineer, and Ronami, a fashion entrepreneur.

Widely celebrated in the Nigerian music industry, Ogulu has played a central role in her son’s rise to global stardom, often making headlines for her speeches at award shows and her influence as his manager.
