The FCT Police Command said it has beefed up security across the territory to ensure a hitch-free Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
The Commissioner of Police, Adewale Saka Ajao, disclosed this to newsmen shortly after holding strategic meeting with the Area Commanders (AC), Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) and Tactical Team Heads (TTH) at the command in Abuja.
He said the move was part of proactive measures to ensure a safe and secured FCT during and after the Eid -el-Kabir celebration.
