•Kalu and Tinubu
The issues of President Bola Tinubu’s alleged forgery of certificates and documents, and forfeiture of $460,000 linked to heroin trafficking in the United States are not going away anytime soon.
A Nigerian lawyer, Kalu Kalu Esq has reportedly submitted a petition to the European Union (EU) in Brussels on this and Tinubu’s alleged threat to Nigeria’s constitutional democracy.
In a viral video today sighted by The Frontier, Kalu is seen standing in front of the headquarters of EU in Brussels, speaking on camera that he was there to submit a petition against the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, appealing to the EU and the entire world to save Nigeria from alleged hijack of democracy in the country.
According to him, “By the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, precisely Section 137, 1J, once you present a forged certificate to INEC, you’re not qualified to run. That is the highest law we have in Nigeria.
The legal practitioner has therefore copied the following international bodies with his petition: @EU_Commission @Europarl_EN @EUinNigeria @batten_von
