Lagos Anti-Drug Ambassador and influencer, Mandy Kiss has clarified her provocative online persona is just content creation for trending, not a reflection of her real, reserved self.
MATILDA SHOWBIZ reports that the social media personality recently gained public attention for announcing plans to attempt a Guinness World Record of having sex with 100 men in one day, which was scheduled for October 30, 2025.
However, Guinness World Records swiftly distanced itself from the event, stating it was not a record they monitor, as their guidelines require attempts to be safe, ethical, and verifiable.
The announcement generated significant public reaction, and Kiss later suggested the plan might have been a joke or “cruise”.
But Mandy, via a video on X today, emotionally addressed misconceptions, denying being a sex worker or drug user, and revealed her absence was due to depression, not external pressure.
“I know I’m a bad influence to the community, but I’m not an olosho (sex worker). All I do online is create content, I just want to trend.
“I’m very respectful and calm in person, and I don’t do drugs.
“I was depressed, I was so down, I didn’t want to be in the situation. Nobody forced me; it’s all about withdrawal,” she said.
Her admission has sparked a wide range of reactions online, with many applauding her vulnerability and shedding light on the mental health struggles that often come with internet fame.
