Platform for social interaction, others debuts

The FrontierThe FrontierMarch 16, 2026 911 Minutes read0

Luelink has launched its peer-to-peer wagering platform to allow individuals to create and participate in wagers with friends and other users on real-world outcomes.

A statement by Founder, Progress Stephen, noted that the platform provides a structured digital environment for people who wish to make social bets online with verifiable results.

“Luelink enables users to initiate wagers on events, including sports matches, prediction-based outcomes, physical competitions, and online gaming challenges.

“Participants can agree on the terms, stake funds, and track the outcome through our verification and resolution process.

“The platform operates as a neutral connector that holds wager stakes between participants until the event outcome is confirmed.

“Once the result is verified, the stakes are released according to the agreed terms of the wager.

“Each wager is integrated with social features that allow participants to engage in discussion, view user profiles, and follow ongoing challenges.

“The design reflects the growing culture of informal wagering among friends and online communities, where debates about sports, entertainment, politics, and gaming frequently lead to personal bets.

“Across Nigeria, many informal wagers currently take place through private conversations on messaging platforms, social media discussions, and direct agreements between individuals.

“These arrangements often rely solely on personal trust, with no system in place to secure the stakes or ensure that agreements are honoured.

Luelink introduces a structured platform intended to support these types of social wagers with clearer processes and digital oversight,” he said.

Stephen noted that the platform supports several categories of wagers, adding that users can create sports wagers tied to football matches and other sporting events.

“Prediction wagers allow participants to stake outcomes on future events such as elections, awards, or entertainment results.

“Physical challenge wagers enable users to compete in real-world contests such as races, sports matches, or skill challenges, with outcomes verified through evidence or hosts.

“Online gaming wagers can also be created for competitions involving multiplayer games and esports titles,” he added.

Stephen, a technology entrepreneur is focused on building platforms that combine social interaction, predictions, and real-world competition.
