BREAKING: Nollywood star Francis Duru loses 15-yr-old son

Ifeanyi, the 15-year-old son of movie star, Francis Duru, is dead.

Duru revealed this in an Instagram post this morning, Thursday, August 8.

He wrote: ‘My champ!!my lion..you fought like a lion…if this is the way He wants it ,so be it ,l still judge you faithful..lfeanyi my champ….l will miss you son…. will forever love you….Rest in peace son…rest….I give you thanks Lord!’

The son, who celebrated his birthday last December, would have turned 16 in a few months.

Francis Duru, a respected and beloved figure in Nollywood, is known for his contributions to the industry through his numerous roles in films and television, beyond his professional success.

Francis Duru came into the limelight through his role as Ahanna in the late Amaka Igwe’s hit movie, Rattlesnake.
